1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on phpark, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the phpark platform, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, along with the phpark Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of phpark, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any other person who accesses or interacts with phpark services. Your continued use of phpark following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as they take effect.

phpark reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

To use phpark, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• You are accessing the phpark platform for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party or as an agent of another individual.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, affiliate, or agent of phpark or any affiliated entity, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person, except where separate written authorisation has been granted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phpark or had an account closed by phpark for breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any governmental, national, or international sanctions lists that prohibit participation in online gaming.

phpark reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, or any other documentation we deem reasonably necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by phpark may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on phpark. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are strictly prohibited. phpark reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at our sole discretion, to confiscate any balances held in them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your phpark account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your information promptly if any details change. phpark is not liable for any loss or consequence resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. phpark will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify phpark immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Closure

phpark reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the player, any remaining balance will be returned via the player's original deposit method.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phpark accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and GrabPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpark does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independent of phpark.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the phpark Cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. phpark reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phpark aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay may take up to 24 hours. phpark reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including source of funds verification.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phpark operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All funds deposited to phpark must originate from a legitimate source belonging to the registered account holder. phpark reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits by the same account holder, unless prior written approval has been obtained from phpark.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phpark are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General principles that apply to all phpark bonuses are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited to your phpark account bonus wallet and are separate from your cash balance until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• phpark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic wagering patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, as well as potential account closure.
• phpark reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that includes bonus-derived funds.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (except in accordance with wagering requirements), or used on behalf of a third party.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generators

All casino games on the phpark platform — including slot machines, table games, and specialty titles — use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are mathematically random and are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, player history, or any external factor.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios under their own regulatory approvals. All live dealer sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game result, phpark will review available footage and studio logs before issuing a determination. phpark's decision in all live game disputes is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 14.

6.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, software fault, or network interruption that affects the outcome of a game, phpark reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. phpark is not liable for any winnings that arise from or are dependent upon a malfunction or error. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Game Return-to-Player (RTP)

Published RTP percentages for each game on phpark represent theoretical long-run return rates under optimal conditions. Actual returns to any individual player will vary depending on session length, bet size, variance, and chance. RTP figures do not constitute a guarantee of individual winnings.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on phpark. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to interact with phpark games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or manipulation of payment processes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games or poker-style formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be returned to phpark.
• Using the phpark platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access areas of the phpark platform or systems that are not intended for player access, including through hacking, reverse engineering, or any unauthorised means.
• Reselling or transferring your phpark account, account balance, or any in-platform assets to another party for commercial gain.

8Responsible Gaming

phpark is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them after a designated period of play, encouraging regular breaks.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, access to real-money games is suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for real-money play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from phpark may submit a self-exclusion request via the account settings or by contacting phpark support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible unless lifted after a minimum period in accordance with phpark's responsible gaming policy.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the phpark platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, interface designs, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phpark or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpark platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any phpark content without the express prior written consent of phpark.

Unauthorised use of phpark intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action. The phpark name, logo, and associated branding may not be used in any context without phpark's written authorisation.

10Privacy & Data

phpark collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the phpark Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using phpark, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpark is committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell, rent, or share your data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent. We may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required to operate the platform lawfully.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phpark's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, arising from or relating to your use of or inability to access the phpark platform — regardless of the basis of the claim and whether phpark has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpark does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any particular game outcome will be favourable to any player. The phpark platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12Amendments to These Terms

phpark reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a phpark player — we will provide advance notice via your registered email address and/or a prominent on-platform notification, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

For changes that are non-material (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law), phpark may implement changes without advance notice, with the updated Terms taking effect upon publication.

The current version of these Terms, identified by the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page, represents the operative Terms governing your use of phpark. If you do not accept any amendments to these Terms, you must cease using the phpark platform and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and phpark arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted to phpark in writing via the contact details in Section 14, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and all relevant supporting information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. For gaming-related complaints, players may also escalate unresolved disputes to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of phpark must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, after which the claim is permanently waived and barred.
